Currency Converter

Our prices include all taxes and all other additional expenses such as electricity, heating, gas and
internet connection. Not included is any damage that is done to the apartment and its furniture or equipment.

Children from 1 to 6 years of age can stay in our apartments for € 10 per nights, below that age
there is no charge. All our prices are valid through 2010, please note that we have special rates for
Christmas and New Year's.

Cancellation Conditions

No cancellation fee until 14 nights before arrival. Less than 14 nights before arrival two nights are
charged. In case of a cancellation less than 4 nights before arrival the entire booking amount is
charged. Please note that there are special cancellation conditions for Christmas and New Year's
about which you will be informed at booking.
